Bas Schreuders
Bas Schreuders has extensive experience in the financial services industry and brings valuable general management expertise, along with relevant legal knowledge, to the table. Bas has held senior positions with financial institutions such as BNP Paribas in Amsterdam and Paris, served as General Manager Bank & Trust at MeesPierson Luxembourg, and acted as the CEO of the Fortis Intertrust Group headquartered in Geneva. Additionally, he has served as the CEO of Andreas Capital, a Luxembourg-based asset manager. In addition to chairing Citadel’s Board of Directors, he currently serves as member of the Board of Directors for several other regulated and unregulated companies and investment entities.
Marleen Watté-Bollen
Marleen Watté is an experienced lawyer in the banking and fund management industry. Over the course of her professional career, she held the position of legal director at ABN AMRO Bank Luxembourg S.A., MeesPierson Luxembourg S.A., and Bank Leumi Luxembourg S.A. She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar Association of the City of Luxembourg in 1997. Marleen is an independent Corporate Lawyer and serves as an independent non-executive director for Citadel Value Fund, as well as for several other GPs, RAIFs, UCITs, and unregulated securitisation vehicles investing in private equity. She was actively involved in the founding of Citadel Value Fund in 2002.
Jos Rotteveel
Jos Rotteveel had a long career at ABN AMRO Bank, where he gained invaluable experience in finance and banking, particularly in asset management and risk management. After an extended tenure at ABN AMRO, Jos relocated to Luxembourg, where he served as a Director at Andreas Capital, overseeing asset management and compliance. He is a member of Citadel’s Board of Directors, and he is also involved with several other investment companies.
